DESCRIPTION

The N7803-2CW is a high-efficiency, non-isolated DC-DC switching regulator designed as a replacement for traditional LM78xx linear regulators. It accepts a wide input voltage from 6V to 32V to deliver a regulated 3.3V output with a current capacity of up to 2A. This regulator features an efficiency of 89%, an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C without a heatsink, and low ripple and noise of 100mVp-p maximum. Integrated protections for short circuit, overload, and over-temperature ensure system reliability in applications like industrial controls and point-of-load regulation, facilitated by its compact casing with wire leads.
