DESCRIPTION

The N7812-2CH is a high-efficiency, non-isolated DC-DC switching regulator designed as a pin-compatible replacement for LM78xx linear regulators. It accepts an input voltage from 16V to 32V and delivers a stable 12V output for loads up to 2000mA. With an efficiency of up to 96%, it operates without needing an additional heatsink across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device includes built-in protections for short circuits, overload, and over-temperature conditions, making it a reliable solution for industrial controls, power supplies, and point-of-load applications.
