DESCRIPTION

The N7815-2CW is a high-efficiency, non-isolated DC-DC switching regulator designed to provide a negative output voltage. It accepts an input voltage from 8V to 20V and delivers a regulated -15V output at up to -600mA with an efficiency of 87%. Key features include a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C without a heatsink, low ripple and noise, and integrated protections for short circuit, overload, and over-temperature. As a pin-compatible replacement for LM79xx linear regulators, it is ideal for industrial controls, data communications, and as a point-of-load regulator in distributed power systems.
