DESCRIPTION

The BU2450SM-JJ-GTR is a surface-mount battery holder specifically designed to secure CR2450 coin cells. It is constructed from Zenite 6130, a 30% glass-reinforced Liquid Crystal Polymer, and features 0.020-inch thick Phosphor-Bronze contacts with a gold flash finish for reliable connectivity. This holder operates over an exceptionally wide temperature range of -40°C to +280°C. Engineered for durability, it has passed vibration tests, shock tests at 150G, and drop tests from 1 meter, making it ideal for rugged electronic applications where secure battery retention is critical.
