DESCRIPTION

The 834FX-450ML is a two-part, black, flexible epoxy that serves as a thermally conductive and flame-retardant encapsulating and potting compound. This non-flammable system features a hardener component (Part B) with a high flash point of over 124 °C and a viscosity of 4,670 cP at 25 °C. The compound is RoHS compliant, containing no lead, cadmium, mercury, or other restricted substances. It is ideal for protecting sensitive electronic assemblies by providing excellent thermal dissipation, flame retardancy, and physical protection.
