DESCRIPTION

The 24FC512T-I/SM is a 512 Kbit Electrically Erasable PROM organized as 64K x 8-bit memory, designed for low-power and high-speed operation. It operates on a single supply voltage from 1.7V to 5.5V and supports a maximum clock frequency of 1 MHz. This device features a low standby current of 1 µA (maximum) and a 128-byte page write buffer with a maximum write time of 5 ms. With high endurance of over 1 million erase/write cycles and data retention exceeding 200 years, this EEPROM is ideal for reliable, non-volatile data storage in a wide range of industrial applications.
