DESCRIPTION

The ATF16V8B-10JU is a high-performance CMOS Electrically-Erasable Programmable Logic Device (EE PLD) housed in a 20-lead PLCC package. It features a fast 10 ns maximum pin-to-pin delay, a 7.5 ns setup time, and a 7 ns clock-to-output delay. This device operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a 5.0V ± 10% power supply. Its reprogrammable nature and industry-standard architecture allow it to emulate and replace many 20-pin PAL devices, making it a versatile solution for realizing complex logic functions.
