DESCRIPTION

The JANTX1N4467 is a military-qualified, 1.5W Zener voltage regulator housed in a voidless, hermetically sealed glass package. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 12.0V at a test current of 21.0 mA and features a maximum dynamic impedance of 7 Ohms. The diode is rated for a maximum continuous current of 119 mA and exhibits a low maximum reverse current of 0.20 µA at 9.60V. Due to its robust construction and qualification to MIL-PRF-19500/406, it is ideal for high-reliability voltage regulation in applications where component failure cannot be tolerated.
