DESCRIPTION

The MCP1826ST-3302E/DB is a high-current, low-voltage LDO linear regulator capable of supplying up to 1000 mA. It operates from an input voltage range of 2.3V to 6.0V and provides a fixed 3.3V output with a standard tolerance of 2.0%. This device features a low typical dropout voltage of 250 mV at full load, a low quiescent current of 120 µA, and is stable with only a 1.0 µF ceramic output capacitor. Integrated short circuit and overtemperature protection enhance system reliability, making it ideal for applications like networking cards, notebook computers, and other high-speed chipset power supplies.
