DESCRIPTION
The MCP3910A1-E/SS is a 3V, two-channel Analog Front End (AFE) containing two synchronous sampling delta-sigma ADCs, two programmable gain amplifiers (PGAs), and a low-drift internal voltage reference. It delivers high performance with 93.5 dB SINAD and -107 dBc THD, while operating on a 2.7V to 3.6V supply. The device features a high-gain PGA on each channel with gain up to 32 V/V and a low-drift 1.2V internal voltage reference with a typical temperature coefficient of 9 ppm/°C. Communication is supported via a high-speed 20 MHz SPI interface or a cost-effective two-wire interface for isolated systems. The MCP3910 is designed for applications such as single-phase and polyphase energy meters, power measurement and monitoring, and portable instrumentation.
