DESCRIPTION

The MCP48CVB02-E/MF is a dual-channel, 8-bit digital-to-analog converter that provides two buffered voltage outputs controlled via an SPI serial interface. It operates over a wide voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and offers flexible voltage reference options, including the device VDD, an external VREF pin, or an internal band gap. Key features include selectable output gains of 1x or 2x, Power-on/Brown-out Reset (POR/BOR) protection, and multiple power-down modes to conserve energy. This device is suitable for applications such as set point or offset trimming, sensor calibration, and portable instrumentation.
