The MCP48FEB11-E/UN is a single-channel, 10-bit digital-to-analog converter featuring nonvolatile EEPROM memory. It provides 1024 steps of resolution and is controlled through an SPI-compatible serial interface supporting write speeds up to 20 MHz. The device operates over a wide supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V, with full analog performance specified from 2.7V to 5.5V. Key features include flexible voltage reference options (device VDD, external VREF, or an internal 1.22V band gap), selectable output gain of 1x or 2x, and a fast typical settling time of 7.8 µs.
