DESCRIPTION

The MCP98244T-BE/MNY is a digital temperature sensor which converts temperature from -40°C and +125°C to a digital word. It has an integrated EEPROM with two banks of 256 by 8 bit EEPROM (4kBit) which can be used to store memory module details and vendor information. The package type is Plastic Dual Flat, No Lead, (2x3 TDFN), 8-lead (TDFN).
