The MIC2289C-34YD6-TR is a PWM boost-switching regulator designed for constant-current white LED driver applications. It operates from a 2.5V to 10V input and uses a constant 1.2 MHz PWM control scheme to reduce external component size and input ripple. This device integrates an internal Schottky diode and provides output overvoltage protection (OVP) at 34V to safeguard against open LED conditions. A low feedback voltage of 95mV optimizes efficiency by reducing power loss in the current-set resistor.
