DESCRIPTION

The MIC94310-PYMT-TR is a fixed-output LDO with Ripple Blocker™ technology, specifically designed to deliver a regulated 3.0V output while rejecting switching noise. It operates from an input voltage of 1.8V to 3.6V and supplies up to 200mA of output current. The device features high power supply ripple rejection (PSRR) of over 50dB from 10Hz to 10MHz, making it highly effective at cleaning power rails from DC/DC converters. It includes current-limit and thermal-limit protection and is available in a 1.2mm x 1.6mm Thin DFN package, making it ideal for noise-sensitive, space-constrained applications like smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.
