DESCRIPTION

The SG2526DW is a high-performance regulating pulse width modulator designed for fixed-frequency power control. It integrates a 5V reference trimmed to ±1%, a sawtooth oscillator with a range of 1Hz to 350KHz, an error amplifier, and dual 100mA source/sink output drivers. The device includes comprehensive protective features such as undervoltage lockout, digital current limiting, programmable deadtime, and a soft-start function. Operating from an 8V to 35V input, its digital control ports are TTL and CMOS compatible for easy interfacing. This versatile modulator is suitable for implementing single-ended or push-pull switching regulators, both transformerless and transformer-coupled.
