DESCRIPTION

The SY100EPT28LKG is a versatile translator IC designed for bidirectional signal conversion between 3.3V LVTTL and differential LVPECL logic levels. Operating on a 3.3V ±10% power supply, it features a fast LVTTL-to-LVPECL propagation delay of less than 600ps and supports LVTTL frequencies greater than 275MHz. As part of the 100k series, this device includes temperature compensation for stable logic levels across its industrial operating range of –40°C to +85°C. Housed in a compact 8-pin MSOP package, its dual translation capability makes it ideal for applications sending and receiving signals across a backplane.
