DESCRIPTION

The 180-M15-103L031 is a 15-position, male, high-density D-sub connector designed for reliable wire-to-panel connections. It features a robust steel shell with a nickel finish and a UL 94V-0 rated PBT thermoplastic insulator. The connector is equipped with 15 machined brass contacts, plated with gold flash, and utilizes solder cup terminations that accept 28-24 AWG wire. Key electrical specifications include a 5A current rating per contact, a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000VAC, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. The included 0.250" 4-40 clinch nut inserts on the mating side ensure a secure connection, making it suitable for industrial, telecommunications, and computer peripheral applications.
