DESCRIPTION

The CLA-TO-21E is a universal cam clip used with Ohmite's CR series heatsinks to securely mount electronic components such as TO-247 and TO-264 packages. This patented system enables tool-free and fixture-free assembly, reducing labor costs and simplifying the mounting process. Constructed from music wire per ASTM A228 with bright nickel plating, the clip provides a constant, resilient spring force for maximum repeatability and reliability. Its design eliminates the need for traditional mounting hardware, which helps prevent short circuits and offers greater flexibility in high-power-density applications.
