DESCRIPTION

The FA-T220-38E is a heatsink from the F Series, intended for vertical PCB mounting to cool TO-220, TO-218, and TO-247 packaged devices. It has a height of 1.5 inches (38.1 mm) and a surface area of 13,756 mm². Constructed from 6063-T5 aluminum with a black anodized finish, this component provides a thermal resistance of 3.8 °C/W under natural convection. Attachment is achieved via 0.091-inch diameter pre-tinned solderable pins. This RoHS-compliant heatsink is suitable for thermal management in various electronic applications, including use with Ohmite resistor series such as TBH25, TCH35, TEH70, and TEH100.
