DESCRIPTION

The OY154KE is a fixed ceramic resistor from the OY series, designed for circuitry handling surges, high peak power, or high energy. It provides a resistance of 150 kΩ with a ±10% tolerance and has a power rating of 2W at 70°C. This component features a maximum working voltage of 400V, can withstand a single energy impulse of 80 Joules, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +220°C. Due to its robust characteristics, it is ideal for use in high-voltage power supplies, R-C snubber circuits, and as an inrush limiter, often replacing 2-watt carbon composition resistors.
