DESCRIPTION

The TAP600K2R0E is a 600-watt heat sinkable planar resistor designed for power conditioning, transmission, and control applications. This component provides a power rating of 600W at an 85°C bottom case temperature, a resistance of 2.0Ω, and a tolerance of ±10%. It features a maximum working voltage of 5,000V DC, a temperature coefficient of ±150ppm/°C, and a special design for low inductance (≤80nH) and capacitance. Suitable for liquid or air-cooled heat sink systems, this resistor is ideal for variable speed drives, power supplies, robotics, and motor control devices.
