DESCRIPTION

The TAP600KR25E is a high-power, heat sinkable planar resistor from the TAP600 series, delivering 600 watts of power. It has a specific resistance value of 0.25 ohms with a tolerance of ±10% and a temperature coefficient of ±150ppm/°C. This component is designed for low inductance (≤80nH) and can handle a maximum working voltage of 5,000V DC. Encased in a special resin-filled epoxy that meets UL94-V0 requirements, it is ideal for demanding applications such as variable speed drives, power supplies, robotics, and motor control in either liquid or air-cooled systems.
