DESCRIPTION

The GLS-1 is a simple magnetic proximity sensor set that uses a permanent magnet to operate a reed switch. It provides a sensing distance of 15 mm and features a single-pole, single-throw, normally open (SPST-NO) contact circuit. The sensor is rated for a maximum operating voltage of 100 VDC, a maximum operating current of 0.1 A DC, and a maximum switching capacity of 10 W. Operating within an ambient temperature range of -20 to 60°C, the GLS-1 connects via a terminal block and has a degree of protection of IP40. This sensor is ideal for applications such as detecting the opening and closing of doors.
