DESCRIPTION

The 1N5347BRLG is a 5 Watt Zener voltage regulator designed for voltage regulation applications. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 10V at a test current of 125 mA, with a maximum Zener impedance of 2 Ω under these conditions. The device features a maximum DC Zener current of 475 mA and a low reverse leakage current of 5 µA at 7.6V. As part of the 1N53 series, it is constructed with silicon-oxide passivated junctions in a transfer-molded plastic package, ensuring protection in common environmental conditions. This regulator is suitable for power supplies, voltage clamping circuits, and other general-purpose regulation tasks.
