DESCRIPTION

The ESD7104MUTAG is a transient voltage suppressor designed to protect high-speed data lines from ESD. It features an ultra-low capacitance of 0.3 pF typical (I/O to GND) and a low ESD clamping voltage, providing protection compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 standards up to Â±15 kV. The device has a reverse working voltage of 5.0 V and is housed in a flow-through style UDFN10 package, which allows for easy PCB layout and matched trace lengths to maintain signal integrity. This makes the ESD7104MUTAG an ideal solution for protecting voltage-sensitive high-speed differential lines in applications such as USB 3.0, HDMI, Display Port, and eSATA 3.0.
