DESCRIPTION

The FDS6670A is a single N-Channel, Logic Level PowerTrench® MOSFET produced using an advanced process to minimize on-state resistance while maintaining excellent switching characteristics. It is rated for a drain-source voltage of 30V and can handle a continuous drain current of 13A. Key features include a low RDS(ON) of 8 mΩ at VGS = 10V and 10 mΩ at VGS = 4.5V, along with low gate charge and high power handling capability. These characteristics make the device well-suited for low voltage and battery-powered applications where low in-line power loss and fast switching are required.
