DESCRIPTION

The FODM217DR2V is a DC-input, single-channel phototransistor optocoupler designed for electrical isolation. This device is characterized by a high Current Transfer Ratio (CTR) ranging from 300% to 600%, tested at an input forward current of 5 mA and a collector-emitter voltage of 5V. It features a high collector-emitter voltage rating of 80V and provides an input-to-output isolation voltage of 3750 VACRMS for one minute. Housed in a half-pitch (1.27 mm lead pitch) mini-flat package, it is ideal for high-density applications. Common uses include DC-DC converters, ground loop isolation, power supplies, motor control, and signal isolation in communication and consumer electronics.
