DESCRIPTION

The MBR120VLSFT1G is a surface-mount Schottky power rectifier that uses a metal-to-silicon power diode structure. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 20 V and an average rectified forward current of 1.0 A. This device is optimized for a very low forward voltage, with a maximum of 0.340 V at 1.0 A, and has an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to +125°C. Due to its compact SOD-123FL package and performance characteristics, it is ideal for use as a freewheeling or polarity protection diode in applications such as AC-DC and DC-DC converters, reverse battery protection, and portable electronics where size is critical.
