DESCRIPTION

The MBRD835LT4G is a SWITCHMODE Schottky barrier power rectifier designed for use as an output rectifier, freewheeling diode, or for protection in various circuits. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 35 V and an average rectified forward current of 8.0 A. This rectifier features a low forward voltage, with a maximum of 0.51 V at an 8 A forward current, and has a wide operating junction temperature range of -65°C to +150°C. Housed in a compact DPAK surface mount package, it is ideal for applications in switching power supplies, inverters, and other inductive switching circuits where efficiency and space are critical.
