DESCRIPTION

The MBRS330T3G is a surface-mount Schottky power rectifier utilizing the Schottky Barrier principle in a metal-to-silicon power diode. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 30 V and an average rectified forward current of 3.0 A at a lead temperature of 110°C. This device features a very low forward voltage drop, with a maximum of 0.50 V at 3.0 A, and can withstand a nonrepetitive peak surge current of 80 A. With an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to +150°C, it is ideally suited for low voltage, high-frequency rectification, or as a freewheeling and polarity protection diode in surface mount applications where compact size is critical.
