DESCRIPTION

The MJE15032G is an NPN complementary silicon power transistor specifically designed for high-frequency driver applications. It features a high collector-emitter voltage rating of 250V and supports a continuous collector current of 8.0A, with a peak capability of 16A. Key dynamic characteristics include a high current-gain bandwidth product of at least 30 MHz and a DC current gain of 70 minimum at 1.0A.
