DESCRIPTION

The MJE15034G is an NPN complementary silicon power transistor designed for high-frequency driver applications. It features a high collector-emitter sustaining voltage of 350 Vdc and supports a continuous collector current of 4.0 A. This device offers a high current gain-bandwidth product of 30 MHz minimum at 500 mAdc and a DC current gain (hFE) of at least 100 at 0.5 A. With a total power dissipation of 50 W at a case temperature of 25°C and a wide operating temperature range, the MJE15034G is ideal for demanding audio amplifier circuits.
