DESCRIPTION
The MOCD207M is a dual-channel optocoupler that contains two gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes optically coupled to two silicon phototransistor detectors in a single SOIC-8 package. This device features a guaranteed minimum collector-emitter breakdown voltage (BVCEO) of 70 V and a current transfer ratio (CTR) ranging from 40% to 200% at an input forward current of 10 mA. It also provides an input-to-output isolation voltage of 2500 VACRMS for one minute and has a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of 0.4 V maximum. Its dual-channel configuration and surface-mount package make it well-suited for high-density applications such as feedback control circuits, general-purpose switching, and interfacing systems with different potentials.
