DESCRIPTION

The MUR420RLG is a state-of-the-art ultrafast rectifier designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and as a freewheeling diode. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and can handle an average rectified forward current of 4.0A. Key performance characteristics include a fast reverse recovery time of 35 ns, a low forward voltage of 1.05V at 3.0A, and a high nonrepetitive peak surge current capability of 125A. This device operates over a broad junction temperature range of -65°C to +175°C, making it suitable for demanding high-frequency applications.
