DESCRIPTION

The MURA110T3G is an ultra-fast recovery power rectifier designed for high-frequency rectification or as a freewheeling and protection diode. This device features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100 V, an average rectified forward current of 1.0 A, and a fast reverse recovery time of 30 ns. It exhibits a low forward voltage drop, with a maximum of 0.875 V at 25°C, and operates over a wide junction temperature range of -65°C to +175°C. Housed in a compact SMA package, it is ideally suited for surface-mount applications where compact size and weight are critical, such as in switch-mode power supplies.
