DESCRIPTION

The NB6N11SMNR2G is a differential 1:2 clock or data receiver designed to accept a wide range of input signal types, including LVPECL, CML, LVCMOS, LVTTL, or LVDS. It translates these signals into two identical LVDS output streams, supporting clock frequencies up to 2.0 GHz and data rates up to 2.5 Gb/s. Key technical characteristics include a wide input common mode range from GND + 50 mV to VCC - 50 mV, internal 50 Ω input termination resistors, and a typical propagation delay of 380 ps. Housed in a compact 3x3 mm QFN-16 package, this device is ideal for high-speed data and clock distribution in applications like SONET, GigE, Fiber Channel, and backplanes.
