DESCRIPTION

The NDT3055L is an N-Channel logic level enhancement mode power field effect transistor produced using high cell density DMOS technology. It is rated for a drain-source voltage of 60V and a continuous drain current of 4A, with a pulsed current capability of 25A. Key features include a low on-state resistance (RDS(ON)) of 0.100 Ω at a 10V gate-source voltage and a low gate threshold voltage under 2V, which allows for direct operation from logic drivers. This device is particularly suited for applications such as DC motor control and DC/DC conversion where fast switching, low in-line power loss, and resistance to transients are needed.
