DESCRIPTION

The AEP51012 is a 10A TM-type EP relay designed for high-voltage, high-current control applications. It features a sealed capsule construction with mixed hydrogen gas that enables 1,000V DC switching capability, combined with a compact form factor and low operating sound. The relay has a nominal coil voltage of 12V DC, a nominal coil current of 0.103A (±10%), and nominal operating power of 1.24W. It provides a minimum switching capacity of 1A at 6V DC and a maximum contact allowance voltage of 10A at 400V DC. The sealed capsule design eliminates the need for arc space, reduces operating noise even during large current cutoffs, and ensures safety by containing arcs within the hermetically sealed structure.
