DESCRIPTION

The AQW214EH is a DIP8-pin PhotoMOS relay featuring reinforced insulation rated at 5,000 V with more than 0.4 mm internal insulation distance between inputs and outputs, conforming to EN41003 and EN60950 standards. This device is applicable for 2 Form A use as well as two independent 1 Form A use, and is specifically designed to control low-level analog signals with extremely low closed-circuit offset voltage to enable distortion-free signal control. The AQW214EH offers high sensitivity with a maximum load current of 40 mA at 600 V peak AC load voltage, fast operation speed with typical turn-on time of 0.5 ms, and low off-state leakage current of maximum 1 µA. It is commonly used in modems, telephone equipment, plant control systems, security equipment, and sensing applications where reliable low-level signal switching and high isolation are required.
