DESCRIPTION

AQY2C1R2P is a capacitor-coupled (CC) isolation type PhotoMOS relay designed for low power consumption switching applications. It features a super miniature TSON package with a 3.5 mm² mounting area, approximately 46% smaller than previous SON type products. The relay operates with an input voltage range of 3 V to 5 V and offers extremely low input current consumption of 0.2 mA maximum (0.09 mA typical at 5 V). Key output specifications include a 40 V load voltage rating, 0.3 A continuous load current, and 0.8 O typical on-resistance at 5 V input. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and I/O isolation voltage of 200 Vrms, this relay is ideal for measuring equipment, telecommunication systems, security devices, and industrial metering applications requiring low electricity consumption.
