DESCRIPTION

The ARA220A4H is a 2 Form C sealed relay designed for high-frequency switching applications with a rated voltage of 4.5V DC and 2 coil latching operation. This surface-mount relay features exceptional high-frequency characteristics including 50O impedance, 3W carrying power at 1 GHz, maximum insertion loss of 0.3dB, and isolation of minimum 20dB between open contacts and 30dB between contact sets. The compact low-profile design measures 9.7mm (W) × 14.7mm (L) × 5.9mm (H), with contact resistance of maximum 75mO and maximum switching voltage of 30V DC at 1A. Operating time characteristics include maximum 4ms operate time and maximum 4ms release time at rated voltage, with mechanical life rated at minimum 104 cycles and electrical life at minimum 107 cycles (10mA 10V DC). This relay is ideal for measurement and communication applications such as oscilloscope attenuator circuits and antenna switching systems.
