The HB1-DC12V is a subminature DIP relay designed for cost-effective switching in compact applications. It features a single Form C contact arrangement with gold-clad silver-nickel contacts, rated for 1 A AC / 2 A DC switching current at 125 V AC / 30 V DC maximum switching voltage. The relay operates at a nominal 12 V DC coil voltage with a nominal operating current of 30 mA and coil resistance of 400 O, consuming 360 mW of power. Key performance characteristics include a maximum operate time of 15 ms, release time of 8 ms, initial contact resistance of 100 mO, and insulation resistance exceeding 100 MO at 500 V DC.
