DESCRIPTION

The CX-441 is a compact diffuse reflective photoelectric sensor with built-in amplifier from the CX-400 Series Ver.2, engineered for precise detection of small objects and minute differences. It features a high-luminance red LED spot beam with a small spot diameter of approximately 2 mm (0.079 in) at a 50 mm (1.969 in) setting distance, enabling accurate detection of ultra-small objects. The sensor achieves sensing capability 2.5 times greater than conventional models, with the ability to detect height differences as small as 0.4 mm (0.016 in) and hysteresis of 2% or less. With a sensing range of 2 to 50 mm (0.079 to 1.969 in) and adjustable range of 20 to 50 mm (0.787 to 1.969 in), the CX-441 is ideal for positioning applications such as detecting minute holes, small tablets, and other precision positioning tasks in manufacturing and assembly environments. The sensor incorporates an analog CMOS processor ASIC for stable detection with low power consumption, achieving up to 60% reduction in power consumption compared to previous models.
