DESCRIPTION

The HG-C1050-P is a CMOS micro laser distance sensor designed for high-precision displacement measurement. It operates with a measurement center distance of 50 mm and a measurement range of ±15 mm, offering excellent repeatability of 30 μm and linearity of ±0.1% F.S. The sensor utilizes a Class 2 red semiconductor laser and provides both a PNP open-collector control output and selectable analog outputs (0 to +5V or 4 to 20mA). Housed in a robust IP67-rated aluminum die-cast enclosure, it ensures reliable performance in various industrial environments. This makes it ideal for applications such as height control, thickness measurement, and part detection in automated systems.
