The 6TPE220MAP is a TPE series conductive polymer tantalum solid capacitor designed for surface-mount applications. It provides a rated capacitance of 220 µF with a ±20% tolerance, a rated voltage of 6.3V DC, and a category voltage of 5.0V DC at 85°C. This component features a low ESR of 25 mΩ maximum and is capable of handling a ripple current of 2400 mAr.m.s.
