DESCRIPTION

The ERZ-VF2M151 is a VF series ZNR surge absorber designed to protect electronic equipment from transient overvoltages. It features a nominal varistor voltage of 150V and supports a maximum allowable voltage of 95V ACrms or 125V DC. The device provides a low clamping voltage, limited to a maximum of 250V at 10A, and has a high surge capability with a maximum peak current rating of 600A for an 8/20 μs waveform. Housed in a compact SMD package for flow/reflow soldering, it is ideal for applications such as protecting communication modules, consumer and industrial equipment, and absorbing switching surges from relays.
