DESCRIPTION

The Pomona 4290 is an adapter designed to interface between SMA Male and BNC Female connectors. It operates with a nominal impedance of 50 Ohms across a frequency range of 0 to 12.4 GHz. This adapter is constructed with a gold-plated beryllium copper body, gold-plated brass and beryllium copper contacts, and a Teflon dielectric for robust performance. It is rated for a maximum voltage of 335VRMS between the inner conductor and shield and can operate in temperatures from -65°C to +165°C. This component is ideal for RF applications, test setups, and interconnecting equipment with differing coaxial connector types.
