DESCRIPTION

The 37036 is a circuit board shipper providing an economical and efficient method for transporting or storing static-sensitive electronics. It is constructed from corrugated fiberboard with a buried conductive layer and a static dissipative surface, achieving a surface resistance of 1 x 10^6 to < 1 x 10^9 ohms. The shipper includes black, low-density conductive convoluted polyurethane foam (< 1 x 10^5 ohms) to minimize movement and reduce stress from physical shock. With its lid closed, the shipper creates a 'Faraday cage' effect, restricting electrostatic charges to the exterior, making it ideal for protecting circuit boards and components during handling and transit.
