DESCRIPTION

CEM-1212S is a magnetic buzzer transducer designed for externally driven audio signaling applications. It operates at a rated voltage of 12.0 Vo-p with an operating voltage range of 6.0 to 16.0 Vo-p and produces a sound pressure level of 85 dBA minimum (92 dBA typical) at 10 cm when driven at the rated frequency of 2,400 Hz. The transducer features a compact through-hole design with dimensions of Ø12.0 x 9.5 mm, a coil resistance of 140 O typical, and gold-plated pin terminals housed in a black PBT material enclosure. With an operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and RoHS compliance, this washable buzzer is suitable for various electronic devices requiring reliable audible alerts and notifications.
